The Sustainability Disclosure Requirements (SDR) is the UK’s legislative framework to ensure transparency of sustainable investment product and minimise greenwashing. The rules come with associated investment labels, which come into effect in July 2024. Under the SDR, a fund must allocate a minimum of 70 percent to investments which meet the criteria for a Focus, Improvers or Impact label, or a combination of the three to earn a Mixed Goals label.
